The Black & Tan Jazz ensemble was founded by band leader/pianist Paul Hefner and vocalist extraordinaire Tara Nova, nearly a decade ago. The ever-evolving shows, now, also, feature vocalist Songbird Taeko. The New York Times featured Black & Tan's significant contribution to the arts, with their message, "We are One", through new Jazz music.
